Click "Start free trial" on the Solo or Team plan to create your account with a 30-day trial of that plan. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan or continue on the Free tier.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Free gives you the full workflow (clients, projects, invoicing, retainers, proposals, contracts, and the AI command bar) at no cost, up to 3 active clients. Every invoice, retainer, and project is unlimited even on Free. Upgrading to Solo or Team unlocks white-label branding (your own logo and brand colour on the client portal and every PDF, with the Kiaro mark removed), Xero accounting sync, a stronger AI model, and unlimited clients.

Cancelling drops your workspace to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted: you keep access to all your existing clients, projects, and files. You just cannot create new resources beyond the Free tier limits until you upgrade again.

Annual billing gives you 2 months free. You pay for 10 months upfront and get 12 months of access. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your billing settings.

Every interaction with the AI command bar counts as one command, whether you're asking a question, creating entities, or generating content. The Free plan includes 100 commands a month. Solo and Team plans have unlimited commands with a fair-use soft limit. If you go past it, the AI shifts to faster, lighter models for the rest of the month. There's never a hard cutoff.

The Team plan is billed per seat: $29 per seat per month, with a minimum of 2 seats. You can self-serve up to 25 seats from your workspace settings. For larger teams, contact us for Enterprise pricing. Free and Solo are single-user plans.

Yes. Every workspace is fully isolated with tenant-scoped data access. When you use Kiaro's built-in AI features, your data is processed by AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) but is never used to train their models. We have Data Processing Agreements with each provider, and sensitive fields like email addresses, phone numbers and financial details are stripped before being sent. If you connect your own AI app, its provider handles the data you ask it to read under your own account with them. We use encrypted connections throughout.

Absolutely. Every feature (clients, projects, tasks, invoicing, time tracking) is fully accessible through the traditional interface. The AI command bar is the recommended entry point, but you can always navigate via the sidebar and use manual forms.
