How does the 30-day free trial work?

Click Start free trial on the Solo or Team plan to create your account with a 30-day trial of that plan. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan or continue on the Free tier.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. You keep read access to all your existing clients, projects, and files. You just cannot create new resources beyond the Free tier limits until you upgrade again.

What are AI commands?

Every interaction with the AI command bar counts as one command. The Free plan includes 100 commands per month (a hard cap). Solo and Team plans have unlimited commands with a fair-use soft threshold: after heavy use in a month, Kiaro switches to a lighter model for the rest of the month, but commands keep working — there is never a hard cutoff.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Every workspace is fully isolated with tenant-scoped data access. When you use AI features, your data is processed by AI providers but is never used to train their models. Sensitive fields are stripped before being sent to AI. We use encrypted connections throughout.

Can I use Kiaro without AI?

Absolutely. Every feature is fully accessible through the traditional interface. The AI command bar is the recommended entry point, but you can always navigate via the sidebar and use manual forms.
