Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Kiaro workspace and ask it to log time, look up what is overdue or draft an invoice, in the AI app you already use. Anything that sends or deletes waits for your OK in Kiaro, and you can see and disconnect connected apps at any time. It is in beta while more people use it.

Write a contract from a searchable set of templates or your own, send it to your client, and they sign it in the client portal by typing their name. Kiaro records who signed, when, from where, and exactly which version, then emails everyone the signed PDF. Templates are not reviewed by a lawyer, so have one look over anything you send.
