Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Kiaro in 5 minutes.
1. Create your account
Head to kiaro.io/pricing and pick a plan. Click Start Free Trial on Solo or Team to get a 30-day trial — no credit card required. Or sign up for Free at kiaro.io/register .
2. Land on your dashboard
After registration, Kiaro takes you straight to your dashboard. The workspace is empty, so the AI command bar shows a couple of coaching prompts to help you take the first step. Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) and tap any of them to get started.
If you want to see Kiaro with realistic data first, visit kiaro.io/try instead of signing up. It spins up a throwaway sandbox in seconds and leaves your real workspace untouched.
3. Set up your workspace
Before diving in, configure your workspace:
- Go to Settings → Invoice Settings and add your business name, address, and tax details. This information appears on every invoice you send.
- Optionally, go to Settings → Goals to set monthly revenue and project targets for your dashboard.

- Time Tracking, Click the timer bar at the top of any page, search for a task, and press Enter to start tracking. Or use the weekly timesheet for bulk entry.
