AI apps · Claude and ChatGPT
Your AI app, meet your books.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Kiaro and ask it about your clients, hours and invoices in plain words. It reads from Kiaro and makes the changes you ask for. You sign in once and choose whether it can change things or only look.
Beta: it works end to end today, and the edges are still being smoothed. Spot something odd? Tell Kiaro.
What you can ask
Ask in plain words, in the chat you already use.
- “What's overdue, and which clients have gone quiet this month?”
- “Log 2 hours on the Harbour homepage for yesterday.”
- “Draft an invoice for everything unbilled on Acme.”
- “Turn these meeting notes into tasks on the rebrand project.”
You stay in charge
Nothing reaches a client without your click.
Approvals in Kiaro
Sending an invoice, marking it paid or deleting anything waits for you to approve it in Kiaro. Opening the link never runs anything.
Read-only if you like

Questions
Frequently asked
Does it cost extra?
No. It works on every Kiaro plan, Free included, and requests from a connected app don't use your Kiaro AI command allowance. Your plan's normal limits still apply.
Which Claude or ChatGPT plan do you need?
Claude allows custom connectors on its Free, Pro and Max plans (one on Free), and on Team and Enterprise once an owner adds Kiaro. In ChatGPT it depends on your plan and your workspace's policies. The setup guides have the current steps.
Does Kiaro see your chats?
No. Kiaro only receives what the app asks it for, such as a list of overdue invoices. Its record of each request keeps which tool was used and the names of the fields sent, never what was in them. Anything you ask the app to save, such as meeting notes, is saved like any other record.
What about Cursor and VS Code?
They connect too, along with other apps that support MCP. Claude Code and ChatGPT have passed full end-to-end runs so far, and the Claude apps use the same connection. The setup guides cover each of them.
Why is it a beta?
It's new. It works end to end today, and small changes may land as more people use it. If something looks wrong, tell Kiaro through the contact page.
Can the app send things to clients on its own?
No. Anything that emails a client, marks something paid or deletes it waits for your click in Kiaro first.
