ChatGPT can connect to Kiaro as a custom MCP server.

Your plan decides what you can do. Whether you can add a custom MCP server in ChatGPT, and whether it may make changes, depends on your ChatGPT plan and your workspace’s policies. ChatGPT’s menus change from time to time, so check OpenAI’s guide to connecting an MCP server to ChatGPT  for the current steps.

Add Kiaro

  1. In ChatGPT, add a custom MCP server and name it Kiaro.
  2. Give it the server URL:
https://kiaro.io/mcp
  1. When ChatGPT sends you to Kiaro, sign in and check the workspace. If the app asks to make changes, choose whether to allow them, then click Allow.

Use it in a chat

Ask in plain words, for example “Which clients have unbilled time?”. See Example prompts for more ideas. Actions that reach a client, change money records or delete something wait for your approval in Kiaro. See Approvals.

Disconnect

To cut off access from the Kiaro side, click Disconnect in Settings > Connected apps. See Connected apps.
