Dashboard
Kiaro has two dashboard views: an AI-powered home dashboard and a KPI analytics dashboard.
AI Home Dashboard
The default dashboard at /dashboard greets you by time of day and surfaces smart suggestions based on your workspace data, overdue tasks, pending invoices, stale clients, and more. Quick-action links let you jump straight to creating clients, projects, invoices, proposals, or logging time.
An inline AI input field is available directly on the dashboard. Type a message and it opens the AI command bar with your input pre-filled.
KPI Dashboard
Navigate to Dashboard → KPIs (or /dashboard/kpis) to view performance metrics:
- Revenue This Month, Total from paid invoices this month, with a sparkline trend
- Outstanding Invoices, Total unpaid amount across sent and overdue invoices
- Hours This Week, Total hours logged this week
- Utilization Rate, Billable hours as a percentage of total hours
Each metric card includes a sparkline showing the recent trend.
Additional sections
- Needs Attention, Items requiring action (overdue invoices, past-due tasks)
- Upcoming This Week, Tasks and deliverables due soon
Quick actions
The KPI dashboard includes quick-action buttons for: New Client, Invoice, Project, Proposal, and New Task. Each navigates to the corresponding creation form.
Goals and targets
Set targets in Settings → Dashboard Goals for monthly revenue, weekly hours, and utilization rate. When targets are configured, the KPI cards show progress against your goals. See Setting Up Your Workspace for details.
Data export
Every entity list page (Clients, Projects, Tasks, Time Entries, Invoices, Proposals, Contracts, Deliverables, Meetings, Knowledge Base) includes a CSV export button. Click it to download all visible data as a CSV file.
For a full workspace export, go to Profile → Account and click Export All Data to download a comprehensive export of your entire workspace.
