Upgrading & Downgrading

Manage your subscription from Settings -> Billing.

Upgrading

1. Go to Settings -> Billing
2. Click Upgrade on the plan you want
3. Enter your payment details (if not already on file)
4. Confirm

When you upgrade:

• You get immediate access to the new plan’s features and limits
• Your AI command allocation updates to the new tier immediately
• If upgrading mid-cycle, you’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period

Downgrading

1. Go to Settings -> Billing
2. Click Change Plan and select the lower tier
3. Confirm

When you downgrade:

• Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period
• At the next billing date, you move to the new plan
• If you exceed the new plan’s limits (e.g., more clients than the Free tier allows), you’ll need to archive or remove the extras before the downgrade takes effect

Switching billing frequency

You can switch between monthly and annual billing from Settings -> Billing. Switching to annual gives you 2 months free (you pay for 10 months instead of 12) and charges the full annual amount immediately.
