Getting StartedCreating Your Account

Creating Your Account

  1. Go to kiaro.io/register
  2. Enter your full name, email, and password (minimum 8 characters)
  3. Choose a workspace name, this is your organization name that appears on invoices and in the client portal
  4. Click Create account

During sign up you may be asked to complete a quick verification to confirm you’re human. This is usually automatic and needs no action from you.

You can also sign up with Google by clicking Continue with Google on the registration page. Google has already confirmed your address, so you skip the confirmation step below and go straight to your dashboard.

Confirming your email

After you create an account with an email and password, we send you a confirmation link. Click it to finish setting up your workspace.

Until you confirm, you can’t sign in. This is what stops someone else creating an account on your address before you do.

The link expires after 24 hours. If yours has expired, or the email never arrived:

  • Check your spam folder first
  • Go to kiaro.io/verify-email , enter your address, and click Resend confirmation link
  • Or simply try to sign in. A fresh link is sent automatically whenever an unconfirmed account attempts to log in

Once you click the link you’re signed in automatically and taken to your dashboard, where you may see a one-time, skippable question asking how you heard about Kiaro.

Forgot your password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot password? link on the login page. Enter your email address and you’ll receive a link to reset your password.

What you get

If you sign up from the pricing page  by clicking Start Free Trial on the Solo or Team plan, your account starts with a 30-day free trial of that plan. No credit card required.

If you sign up directly at kiaro.io/register , you start on the Free plan (3 clients, unlimited invoices and retainers, 100 AI commands per month, Kiaro-branded client-facing PDFs and portal — upgrade to Solo for your own brand and Xero). You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing.

One trial per account. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.

Accepting a team invite

If you received an invitation to join an existing team:

  1. Click the Accept Invitation link in your email
  2. You’ll see a simplified registration form, the workspace is already set
  3. Enter your name and password
  4. Click Join team

You’ll be added to the team with the role assigned by the person who invited you (admin or member).

There’s no separate email confirmation step here. The invitation was sent to your address, so opening it already proves the address is yours, and you’re signed in straight away.

Deleting your account

Only the workspace owner can delete a workspace. Go to Profile → Account, type DELETE to confirm, and the workspace is removed.

This is permanent and immediate. It erases:

  • Every client, project, task, time entry, invoice, proposal, contract and file in the workspace
  • Uploaded files held in storage
  • Your marketing email contact, so you stop receiving product and lifecycle email
  • The login itself, for you and for every member of the workspace

Cancel any active subscription first if you want to be certain of the billing date. Deleting the workspace cancels the subscription as part of the process, but a cancellation you make yourself gives you the confirmation email for your records.

Because the login is removed along with everything else, your email address becomes free to use again. If you change your mind later you can sign up from scratch with the same address, though nothing from the old workspace can be recovered.

There is no export step built into deletion and no grace period. Download anything you want to keep, invoices in particular, before you confirm.
