If Kiaro has changed how you run your business, we’d love to hear about it. The fastest way to send us a testimonial is from inside Kiaro.

How to send one

1. Open Profile → Account.
2. Scroll to the Share your story section.
3. Click Share your story to open the form.
4. Answer three short questions:
   • What were you doing before Kiaro?
   • What changed after you started using it?
   • What’s the single biggest improvement, in concrete terms?
5. Add your name and company. A LinkedIn, website, or X link is optional but helps us credit you well.
6. Attach a headshot if you’d like. PNG, JPG, WebP, or HEIC up to 5 MB.
7. Tick the permission checkbox. We only publish testimonials from people who explicitly opt in.
8. Click Send.

You’ll get a confirmation email immediately. If we want to feature you on kiaro.io, we’ll reach out first to confirm the wording.

What we do with it

• Every submission goes straight to Collen’s inbox.
• Nothing is published automatically. We review, sometimes lightly edit for length, and email you back to confirm before anything appears publicly.
• If you ever change your mind, reply to the confirmation email and we’ll remove it.

What makes a great testimonial

Specifics beat superlatives. “Saved me 5 hours every Friday” lands harder than “Kiaro is great.” Concrete numbers, the exact workflow that changed, or the tool you stopped paying for are all gold.
