Getting StartedTry Without Signing Up

Try Kiaro without signing up

Visit kiaro.io/try  and we drop you straight into a working Kiaro workspace, no signup required. Click around. Send invoices. Log time. Generate proposals. Everything you do is real, just in a sandbox we’ll clean up automatically if you don’t sign up.

What you get

A pre-seeded demo workspace identical to the one our welcome flow offers signed-up users:

  • 3 clients (Acme Corp, Meridian Studio, Nexus Labs)
  • 2 projects, one over budget and one healthy
  • A paid invoice and an overdue invoice
  • 12 time entries spread across the last two weeks
  • A signed contract and a delivered deliverable

The dashboard renders the same KPIs, the AI command bar works against your sandbox data, and every page in the app is reachable. This isn’t a tour, it’s the product.

What’s different from a real account

To keep try mode safe and free, three things behave differently:

  • Emails are not actually sent. If you hit “Send invoice” or “Send proposal”, the action completes in the UI but no email leaves the building. Sign up to send real client-facing emails.
  • Stripe Connect onboarding is blocked. Connecting Stripe creates a real-money KYC account in your name; we don’t do that for sandbox visitors. Sign up first, then connect Stripe in Settings.
  • Billing pages don’t open Lemon Squeezy checkouts. Same reason. You can read the billing UI but Upgrade buttons won’t take you to checkout.

Everything else, from creating clients to drafting proposals, persists to a real database tucked under your sandbox.

Keeping your work when you sign up

The persistent banner at the top of every page in try mode links to a Sign Up page that takes over your sandbox in place. When you complete signup, the workspace converts to a real account with your email and chosen plan, and anything you added yourself while exploring is kept. The example data we pre-seeded (the 3 demo clients, the 2 demo projects, the demo invoices and time entries) is cleared at that moment, because demo content belongs in the sandbox, not in your real workspace.

Trials are available the same way as any other signup, no card required.

How long does the sandbox last?

Sandboxes are swept hourly once they’re more than 8 hours old. If you walk away and come back the next day, the sandbox will be gone, but starting a fresh one from kiaro.io/try  takes a second.

To start over earlier, sign out and visit kiaro.io/try  again.

Privacy

Sandbox emails are synthetic addresses we never deliver to. The visitor IP is hashed before any analytics event is sent. No real personal data leaves your browser until you sign up.
