Once your AI app is connected to Kiaro, two extras make everyday work quicker: ready-made prompts for common jobs, and cards that show Kiaro records inside the chat.

Ready-made prompts

Prompts are saved instructions your AI app can run for you. Each one tells the AI which Kiaro tools to use, and the ones that change anything ask you first.

PromptWhat it does
Weekly reviewTime logged this week, money invoiced and paid, unbilled work, how late unpaid invoices are and who to follow up with. Read only.
Bill unbilled timeShows unbilled time per client, then creates draft invoices for the clients you pick.
Chase overdue invoicesLists overdue invoices and helps you send a reminder, or record that you followed up with the client yourself.
Client briefA catch-up on one client before a call. You give it the client’s name.
Plan my dayPuts today’s due work, overdue tasks and follow-ups in a sensible order. Read only.

You start a prompt wherever your app lists prompts or slash commands; see your app’s help.

Bill unbilled time and Chase overdue invoices only appear when you gave the app permission to make changes. If you connected it to read only, the other three are still there.

In-chat views

In apps that support interactive views, some answers appear as a card instead of plain text:

  • Approval request: when your AI app asks to do something that needs your approval, such as sending an invoice, the card shows exactly what will happen and has an Approve in Kiaro button. Nothing happens until you approve it in Kiaro. When your AI app checks on a request, a card shows where it stands: waiting for approval, running, done, rejected, cancelled, expired, interrupted, or couldn’t complete. See Approvals.
  • Invoice preview: after the AI creates or edits a draft invoice: client, total, status and each line.
  • Timesheet: time entries laid out by task and day when the entries fall on seven different days or fewer, and listed by day otherwise, with totals.
  • Client brief: the next action, open work, money outstanding and the last meeting for one client.

Cards about a record have a button to open it in Kiaro. If your app does not show cards, you get the same information as text.

Good to know

  • Cards make no network requests and never act on your behalf. Kiaro also asks your app to block all network access for them. They only show what Kiaro sent and open links you click.
  • Cards follow your AI app’s light or dark mode when the app tells them which one it uses, and switch when it changes. Otherwise they follow your device’s setting.
  • Money is shown in each record’s own currency. Amounts in different currencies are listed separately, never added together.
