Stripe Setup
Kiaro uses Stripe Connect to let your clients pay invoices online. Subscription billing for your Kiaro plan is handled separately through Lemon Squeezy (see Plans & Pricing).
Stripe Connect for invoice payments
To accept online payments from clients, connect your Stripe account via Settings -> Invoices -> Invoice Payment Gateway. See Stripe Connect for the full setup guide.
Once connected, every invoice you send includes a payment link. When a client pays, Kiaro automatically updates the invoice status to Paid and records the payment.
Payment sync
Payment events are tracked automatically — you don’t need to configure anything.
If a client paid but the invoice still shows as unpaid:
- Check the invoice status in Invoices — there may be a short delay (usually under 30 seconds)
- Ask the client to confirm the charge appeared on their card
- Contact support if the status doesn’t update within a few minutes
