AI Commands
AI commands are the unit of consumption for Kiaro’s AI features. Every interaction with the AI command bar — asking a question, creating an entity, generating a proposal, drafting an email — counts as one command.

How it works
Free
You get 100 AI commands per month. When you’ve used all 100, the AI command bar will let you know and suggest upgrading. The counter resets on your billing cycle date.
Solo & Team
Commands are unlimited. Use the AI command bar as much as you need without worrying about limits.
What counts as a command?
Each of these counts as one command:
- Asking the AI a question about your workspace
- Creating a client, project, or task via the command bar
- Generating a proposal or email draft
- Getting a business briefing or insight
- Any other AI command bar interaction
Using Kiaro’s manual interface (sidebar navigation, forms, manual CRUD) does not consume commands.
Monthly reset
Command counters reset on your billing cycle date. The Free hard cap resets to 100.
Multi-model routing
Kiaro automatically routes AI requests to the most cost-effective model for each task type:
- Simple tasks (search, time estimates) use lighter, faster models for instant responses
- Complex tasks (proposals, contract analysis) use more capable models for higher-quality output
- If a provider is unavailable, requests automatically fall back to an alternative provider with no interruption to your workflow
This happens transparently — you always get the best available model for the job without needing to configure anything.
Team command sharing
On the Team plan, commands are shared across all team members. Monitor usage in Settings -> Billing.
